About Sue

I qualified as a nurse in 1980 and still work within this field part time for the NHS. During my nursing career I became increasingly aware of the detrimental effects stress can have on a person’s health and wellbeing. This led me to become interested in complimentary therapies and their benefits. I trained as a Holistic Therapist gaining qualifications in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles). I have also gained Reiki level one and it is my intention to continue to level two when the time is right.

After qualifying I worked as a therapist for a number of years at a well established clinic in Cardiff. During this time I received further training including facial treatments and skin care. I am now self-employed with a focus on holistic health. Creating an environment to help clients bring into balance mind body and spirit.
